With the REDBLACKS in Toronto this weekend to take on the Argos, TD Place will host the Myers Cup on Saturday, August 22.
The eight-team amateur football event will feature four games from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., starring the Myers Riders versus the Myers Orleans Bengals tyke through bantam teams from NCAFA (National Capital Amateur Football Association).
There will also be live music with a BBQ, beer tent, and even the Grey Cup on the Great Lawn from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with all the proceeds going to help less affluent families with their football fees.
Admission to all four games is free to the general public and this is great opportunity to see local amateur football on a world class stage.
