Career

2017-2018: Stanback took part in the Green Bay Packers training camp in 2017 following his college career. He then signed with the Montreal Alouettes in May 2018. The running back finished his rookie season having played 16 games, carrying the ball 81 times for 539 yards and caught 25 passes for 313 yards and 2 touchdowns.

College:
Stanback began his college football career with the UCF Knights. He gained 1,151 yards on 306 carries and scored 16 touchdowns, while adding 244 yards on 27 receptions, including three touchdowns. In 2013, during a game against Rutgers, Stanback delivered a hit to Rutgers defensive back Anthony Cioffi that went viral and made that night’s SportsCenter Top 10 plays. In 2014, Stanback was named to the All-American Athletic Conference First Team and then played for Virginia Union Panthers with whom he amassed 1,299 rushing yards while scoring 15 majors. In 2016, he rushed for 1,299 yards and was named to the All-CIAA First Team.
