REDBLACKS training camp recap: June 6, 2014

OTTAWA – Day Six of training camp is in the books for the Ottawa REDBLACKS of the Canadian Football League. The team began practice at 8 a.m. at Keith Harris Stadium on campus of Carleton University, finishing at 10:15 a.m.

Temperature at 10 a.m.: 14 
Conditions: Overcast; moderate winds

SIGNED import offensive tackle Steven Forgette (6-4, 300; Eastern Washington)

Schedule for Saturday, June 7  The REDBLACKS cross the Ottawa River and hit the field in Gatineau on Saturday, holding a scrimmage at the Complexe sportif Mont-Bleu at 389 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd., in the Hull sector of Gatineau. Players will be on the field at approximately 2 p.m. for warm-ups, introductions will begin at 2:45 p.m. and kickoff will be at 3 p.m. Media interviews will take place on the field after the game.

NOTE: The REDBLACKS do not practice on Sunday, June 8 and there will be no scheduled media availability.
