The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Ottawa REDBLACKS rekindle an old eastern rivalry on Friday night at Tim Hortons Field, as they kick off an important slate of Week 17 games.
It’s a meaningful game for both teams, but on different levels and for opposite reasons. Ottawa, is focused on weekly improvement as its inaugural CFL season winds down – one that is now certain to end on Nov. 7th in Toronto.
Before last weekend’s letdown on the West Coast during which Kevin Glenn threw for 345 yards and three touchdowns, the REDBLACKS earned a 42-20 win over the Bombers at home for their second win of the season.
That’s what the REDBLACKS are hoping to recapture on Friday night in Hamilton, and down the rest of the stretch.
