The REDBLACKS get back to work at training camp on Wednesday, as they prepare to take on the Alouettes this weekend. Their second pre-season game will be played at Stade Telus-Université Laval, near Quebec City. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 13.

A great summer roadtrip for #RNation! Tickets for the game are available here or by calling 418-656-3668, though no transportation will be offered. The game can be heard on TSN 1200 and will also be televised on RDS.

“Since we cannot play at TD Place in June,” explained OSEG President of Sports Jeff Hunt, as TD Place is hosting the Women’s World Cup throughout June, “we’ve been seeking a place to play our home pre-season game.”

We’ve seen in the past that fans in Quebec City love football, as demonstrated with the huge following of the ULaval Rouge et Or. We’d love to see some of the Rouge et Or fans change one of their colours and support the ROUGE et NOIR when we play the Alouettes.”

This will mark the second time a CFL team from Ottawa has played a pre-season game in Quebec City. The Ottawa Renegades played the Alouettes in front of over 10,000 fans at Stade PEPS (now Stade Telus-Université Laval) on June 7, 2003.

The REDBLACKS will play a pre-season intra-squad game at the Complexe sportif Mont-Bleu in Gatineau on Thursday, June 18.

Their entire 2015 training camp schedule can also be found here.
