Prior to every REDBLACKS home game, a Season Ticket Holder of the Game will be chosen to experience some exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to TD place.
On Saturday, September 26 lifelong Ottawa football fan, Betty Woods was selected as the Season Ticket Holder of the Game. Betty, 81 years-young, has been a South Side season ticket holder since 1952. A longtime friend of former Rough Rider Bobby Simpson (1952-1960), Betty had the opportunity to have this great photo taken with the Grey Cup in 1973.
She raised and proudly waved the #RNation flag, enjoyed a delicious pre-game dinner at Otto’s Club, took in pre-game warmups on the sidelines, and was featured in a special halftime videoboard presentation.
